Can't get enough coconut yum I Smoothis and Mojito Love
I am in love with coconut for some reason this year. Maybe it's that the less sugar I eat the more fats I need, and with my allergies (allergic to avocado, peanuts and other tree nuts, most seeds) my body craves it.
So I thought I would share my two favorites"
My Morning Coconut Smoothie:
1 container coconut yogurt 1 cup coconut water 1 cup frozen pinepple A large handful of fresh raspberries 1 teaspoon local honey 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 scoop Energize or Shakeology Focused Energy 1 Scoop Vegan Tropical Shakeology
You could also do a nice twist on the Mojito in the evening:
Tropical Mojito 1 scoop Vegan Tropical Shakeology 1 Tbsp. fresh lime 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves 1 cup coconut water 1 scoop Shakeology Digestive Health Boost
For the kiddos, these popsicles are a blast of berry flavor with sweet blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries and a hint of tart cranberry. Mixed Berry Popsicles
¾ cup unsweetened cranberry juice ½ cup fresh or unsweetened frozen raspberries ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries ½ cup fresh or unsweetened frozen blackberries 1 scoop Tropical Strawberry Shakeology Place cranberry juice, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture evenly into four ice pop molds; freeze for at least four hours, or until set. Feel free to add a scoop of the digestive boost into your popsicles to give some good health to your little ones tummy. Speaking of which... I think I'll go have one now. We have suddenly warmed back up here in the Seattle area.
